Payment can be made through ShopPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept most credit cards and email money transfer (eTransfer).
Most of our artwork reproductions are made to order and are printed by batches in order to maintain the lowest cost possible. Usually we ship most orders within 7 to 10 days at the latest. If the item is already in stock, it would usually ship within 2-3 days.
We ship most of our orders using Canada Post. We combine all items and only charge the actual shipping fees. The Canada Post shipping rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process.
We ship mostly to Canada but also to USA and the rest of the world. If no shipping methods are showing for your location, please contact us for a custom quote.
We recommend storing vinyl items flat in a low humidity environment.
We do not recommend installing any of the decals on bare wood. It needs to be sealed with a primer or painted prior to the installation of the artwork. Make sure the surface is clean and free of any dust.
In order to ensure that you achieve the best results, DO NOT use latex-based paint. It will not adhere properly and will eventually lift or not stick. We recommend oil-based paints or automotive finishes.
Bubble-free premium vinyl cannot be installed using the "wet method" which consists of soapy water or Rapid Tac. It has to be installed dry since their adhesize uses a different technology which includes micro channels within the glue that allows air bubbles to be pushed out easily.
The "wet method" can only be used for reverse mounted application such as behind a glass for a bezel or marquee. If you are not sure, please ask us.
Yes, we have a huge inventory offline. Since there are thousands of items, it is impossible to list them all. We made a "Custom Designs" section that you can use to place your order specifically for this purpose. Just specify which game artwork you need and the dimensions.
We have a 15 day return policy on all artwork purchases. You must return the item to us in "new" condition. The shipping charges are not refundable. Please insure the return package as we cannot be responsible if it has been lost during transit. If any items are sold "as-is" or for parts, those sales are final and we cannot accept return on those items.
Please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt via email with your name, shipping address, phone number and tracking number. You can also include a picture of the items as well. We will need to contact the shipping company in order to file a claim.
