Most of our orders are shipped using Canada Post. Once an order is shipped, it can take up to 3-5 business days to arrive within Canada, 1-2 weeks to USA or longer for international orders.

Please note that all items are shipped from Canada. If you live in another country it is possible that you may have to pay additional custom duties and extra fees, which is your responsibility.

Order Processing

  • Most of our artwork reproductions are made to order and are printed by batches in order to maintain the lowest cost possible.
    • If your item needs to be printed (most likely), we usually ship most orders within 7 to 10 business days.
    • If the item is already in stock in our inventory, it would usually ship within 2-3 business days.
    • If your order contains a mix of in stock items and backorder items, we will ship when all pieces are ready to dispatch.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@retrolabs.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Custom Duties

Returns

If for any reason your order does not fulfill your expectations, you may return it to us within 15 working days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, and in the original shipping packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case. We also do not refund the original shipping fees. We cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.
